KORT Jeffersontown Physical Therapy is a 2500 sq ft outpatient orthopedic clinic specializing in low back/neck/general spine pain, sports medicine, muscle/joint pain, and chronic pain management.
Clinical director, Chad Garvey, PT, OCS, CSCS is a 1999 graduate of the University of Louisville Physical Therapy program. He is a Board Certified Orthopedic specialist and is fellowship trained Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy. Currently, he is pursuing his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Regis University.
Janelle Ciolek, PT, DPT, is a 2004 graduate of the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Bellarmine University. Janelle is a certified ASTYM provider, a certified clinical instructor, and also works as a lab assistant for the Bellarmine Physical Therapy program. She has been a member of our KORT team since 2005.
Hasting Miller, PTA is a 2005 graduate of Jefferson Community College. He is certified in ASTYM and Advanced Ergonomics Test administration.
KORT J-Town offers a complete range of physical therapy services, employing two full-time physical therapists, one full-time physical therapy assistant, and one athletic trainer who also provides coverage for Christian Academy of Louisville. The clinic is conveniently located at the corner of Hurstbourne Parkway and Taylorsville Road.
