Matt Lee, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT Doctor of Physical Therapy Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Fellow, American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists Matt Lee has a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Regis University (2007) and a Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from the University of Evansville (1997). In 2001, he completed a clinical fellowship at the Kaiser Permanente Fellowship in Advanced Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy in Hayward, California. He became a fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT) in 2003. Matt is involved with graduate and fellowship education with Regis University, the University of Kentucky, and Kaiser Permanente. Matt joined the Nicholasville team in 2003 and is the clinic director. His clinical interests are in pain science, manual therapy, and whiplash associated disorder. Lindsay Byers, PT, DPT Doctor of Physical Therapy Lindsay Byers earned a degree in Health Science from the University of Louisville in 2004. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Bellarmine University in 2006. Her clinical interest is manual physical therapy, specifically the treatment of spinal pain in the neck and low back pain. Andrew Grzesiak, PT, DPT Doctor of Physical Therapy A Michigan native, Andrew (AJ) Grzesiak graduated from Central Michigan University in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in biology and a minor in psychology. In 2008, he earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburg. His interests are orthopedic and sports related injuries as well as manual therapy. He enjoys active pursuits including biking, playing soccer, being a certified soccer referee, and participating in nearly any other outdoor activity.
