Brandon Fowler PT, DPT earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy as well as his Bachelor's degree (Cum Laude) from Bellarmine University. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Kentucky Physical Therapy Association, and American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. His areas of clinical interest include Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy for the treatment of spinal related dysfunction and condition-specific exercise prescription for strength and endurance progression. Brandon practices with an emphasis on patient education and practical management strategies for reducing limitations in daily function.
Rob Gentile PT, DPT, OCS is the clinic director and is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedics by the American Physical Therapy Board of Specialization. In practice since 1995, he is experienced in treating the spine as well as all other orthopaedic conditions. He completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2008 and holds Bachelors Degrees in Psychology as well as Physical Therapy.
Troy Grubb PT, DPT, OCS, ATC has extensive experience as a physical therapist and athletic trainer. He holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University after receiving his Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Louisville. He is a board certified specialist in orthopedics (OCS) and is a member of the Kentucky Board of Physical Therapy. Troy currently serves as the Orthopedic Residency Coordinator for KORT. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT), the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), the Kentucky Physical Therapy Association (KPTA) and the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA). He specializes in manual therapy with a strong emphasis in orthopedics and sports medicine.
Andrea Vivona joined the team in 2002. She graduated from Georgetown College with a Bachelor of Science degree. She continued her education at JCTC, earning her degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant. Andrea is involved with Habitat for Humanity, and is on the Bike Trek Planning Committee (ALA of KY). Her hobbies include cycling, scuba diving, running, caving, and photography.
Brad Wagner PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS joined the team in 2007. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Bellarmine University after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Western Kentucky University. Brad is certified to perform Functional Capacity Evaluations and Augmented Soft Tissue Mobilization (ASTYM) while expertly treating all orthopedic and sports medicine injuries.
