Heather Gollnick wins Ironman Louisville 
After over 9 hours of swimming, biking and running, Heather Gollnick proved she certainly was The Best when she won the inaugural Ironman Louisville. Approaching the finish line, she was head over heels, completing five cartwheels to celebrate her fifth Ironman title with an overall time of 9:23:22. A professional athlete from Bradenton, Florida, Heather takes great care to balance her Ironman training schedule with her Ironmom schedule of caring for her three grade school children.
